Brian BeattyBRIAN J. BEATTY, D.O. President Rocky Mountain Medical Group, P.C. Rocky Mountain Drug Testing, LLC

Dr. Brian J. Beatty graduated from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kansas City, Missouri and went through a general internship at Dallas Memorial Hospital, Dallas, Texas. He is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine. He began his professional career in Occupational Medicine in 1985. He owned and operated a family practice and occupational clinic located in Mesquite, Texas.

In 1988, Dr. Beatty was recruited by Rocky Mountain Medical Group located in Denver, Colorado. At that time, RMMG provided occupational medical services for employers throughout the Western States. Dr. Beatty became Rocky Mountain Medical Group’s Clinical Medical Director in 1994. He became President and owner of Rocky Mountain Medical Group in 1996. His first clinic (South) is located at Hampden and Santa Fe, in Englewood.

Dr. Beatty opened RMMG North located in Denver in 1997, and RMMG East, located in Aurora, in 2000. The North location was closed February, 2008. RMMG clinics provide occupational medical services for Denver-Metro employers. The employer client base includes small companies to large self-insureds. RMMG takes pride in assisting clients with developing and implementing programs including: injury management; pre/post hire testing; medical surveillance; and wellness education.

Dr. Beatty is Medical Director for employer client companies and municipalities. He has presented for many associations and societies including the American Academy of Disability Physicians and the Colorado Bar Association.

 

Annu RamaswamyANNU RAMASWAMY, M.D. Medical Director East Clinic Rocky Mountain Medical Group, P.C.

Dr. Ramaswamy graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 1989 and from Northwestern University / McGaw Medical Center Internal Medicine residency program in 1992. He became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1993 and recently re-certified in the specialty. From 1993 to 1997 he served as the Medical Director for Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Employee Health Service (5,000 employees).

In 1997 Dr. Ramaswamy was appointed Medical Director of Northwestern’s Corporate Occupational Health Services. This program provided for Chicago’s workforce (predominantly in the hotel and retail industry), was praised for its’ superb care and customer service. The clinic became the provider of choice for over 350 companies in the Chicago area.

In December 1999 Dr. Ramaswamy moved to Colorado. He joined Rocky Mountain Medical Group (RMMG) and is the Medical Director for RMMG’s East Clinic. Dr. Ramaswamy has a special interest in blood borne pathogen exposures, Hepatitis C, and Tuberculosis surveillance programs. He has interest in musculoskeletal medicine including cumulative trauma. He frequently provides educational seminars for various industries, societies and associations.

Dr. Ramaswamy is the Occupational Medical Director for many private and public enterprises. Dr. Ramaswamy is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the American College of Physicians.

 

Dr Clarence HenkeCLARENCE E. HENKE, M.D., M.P.H. Rocky Mountain Medical Group, P.C. Occupational Medicine and Radiologist Staff Physician

Dr. Henke received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Minnesota Medical School in 1963 and the Masters in Public Health from the Minnesota School of Public Health in 1964. He is Board Certified in Preventive Medicine (Public Health), 1970; Family Practice, 1975; Conjoint Boards of Internal Medicine, Radiology and Nuclear Medicine,1980; Occupational Medicine, 1997. Dr. Henke is certified as a Medical Review Officer.

Dr. Henke’s prestigious career includes serving as an Active Duty consultant in Nuclear Medicine/Radiology to the Brooke Army Region Hospitals/Clinics and as Nuclear Medicine Director at the Bowling Green Regional Hospital 1980-1983. He served as an Occupational Physician consult for SSR State Committee, Kiev, Ukraine to treat children exposed to Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant explosion, on site June 1991. He has held numerous teaching appointments. Dr. Henke has completed numerous clinical and research studies which have been published.

Dr. Henke joined Rocky Mountain Medical Group in 2000. He brings to RMMG over 30 years of Occupational Health experience. He is an active member of the American Medical Association, Colorado State Medical Society, Academy of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians.
