Office PaperworkFederally Regulated Testing -- Rocky Mountain Drug Testing fully complies with The Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT), under the Department of Health and Human Services requirements (DHHS).  Our Collectors have been trained by Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) certified CPCT trainers and meet or exceed strict Federal DOT and DATIA collector requirements.  This certification ensures that our collectors are proficient in industry drug and alcohol collections standards including federally mandated collection procedures and regulations.  RMMG is affiliated with certified SAMSHA laboratories.
 
Random Selection Service – Defuse employee complaints concerning bias and charges of discrimination.  RMDT utilizes federally approved software to manage your random selection administration.  You supply us with a list of safety-sensitive employees or all of your employees and we will generate for DOT and Non-DOT mandated programs.
 
Medical Review Officer – We are pleased to offer the services of certified medical review officers able to comply with DOT regulations.  All MRO organizations used by Rocky Mountain Drug Testing, LLC offer integrated MRO services by physicians who have a complete understanding of substance abuse disorders and collection, laboratory, and reporting functions.
 
Nationally Recognized Lab – When we provide this part of your collection services, we utilize the leading DHHS/SAMHSA certified laboratories.  We choose these facilities because their commitment to quality and customer service matches that of Rocky Mountain Drug Testing, LLC.
 
Employee Assistance Plan – We can provide you with a list of resources in your area that can support the special needs of the employees who may require substance abuse treatment by a substance abuse professional.
 
Record Keeping – Rocky Mountain Drug Testing, LLC will maintain copies of all records for a minimum of 5 years.  Records will only be released to authorized company personnel.  Under no circumstances will any records be released to any unauthorized present or past employee.
