Why Test?
Required By Law – In certain industries, notably transportation, drug testing is required by Federal and State Law.
Productivity Gains – The implementation of drug-testing by employers can lead to improvement in work quality, productivity, employee morale, accident and absenteeism rates.
No Room for Error -- In safety sensitive occupations, there is simply no room for error. The consequences of drug-related accidents are unacceptable.
Drug Abuse Reduction – Drug testing has been shown to effectively reduce workforce drug abuse, as employees are less likely to misuse drugs or alcohol while the possibility of being tested exists.
