Donna HastingsDonna K. Hastings, RMMG, RMDT Practice Administrator

Donna’s professional career has been affiliated with risk management; disability management for a variety of industries.  She has represented employers, insurance companies and the provider community.  She is skilled in causality/disability management; occupational health programs; and regulatory requirements.

As a Manager for a large Denver-Metro hospital system, Donna directed the Workers’ Compensation Unit and return to work programs.  Workers’ Compensation cost savings in 16 months exceeded $1.6 million dollars in reserves.  Development and implementation of post hire examinations and functional/physical job descriptions assisted in lowering risk factors.

As a Contractor for a national insurance company, Donna developed a Colorado State wide occupational health network.  She negotiated with providers and health care entities on the behalf of the  insurance company for fee discount.

The largest telephone company in the West utilized Donna’s skills.  She assisted in the development of Occupational Networks for Colorado and Arizona and negotiated service contracts for both States.

Donna is the Practice Administrator for Rocky Mountain Medical Group its subsidiary, Rocky Mountain Drug Testing.  RMMG is the largest independently owned occupational health provider in the Denver-Metro area.  The employer client base is comprised of large self insureds; construction; manufacturing; school districts and municipalities.  She develops surveillance and safety programs for client employers.   Her skills in disability management and risk management assist client employers workers’ compensation programs.

Alice joined Rocky Mountain Drug Testing in 2005 soon after its inception. She previously held the position of Operations Manager for another drug testing facility before joining Rocky Mountain Drug Testing.

Alice has vast knowledge of the Drug & Alcohol testing industry. She is a Certified Professional Collector Trainer through the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association in Washington, D.C. . She is a Certified Breath Alcohol Technician Instructor through Lifeloc Technologies. Alice has completed several industry course work including: Drug & Alcohol Program Management, DOT Compliance, Designated Employee Representative & Reasonable Suspicion.

Alice also brings with her a diverse professional background. She has held several management positions through the course of her career. Alice’s experience ranges from Life Insurance, Human Resources, Accounting and Marketing.

Alice holds an Associates of Science Degree in Justice Administration. She also has completed other college course work to include Business Management & Computer Information Systems.
